Located on a 300 sqm land in Tan An Centre, Long An Province. Lavilla has been built based on the family’s requirement about a new and innovative house. The main colour is grey white, combining with yellow to create the highlights for the house. The design is the combination of simple space blocks to form light waves on the Mekong Delta river. By using different materials such as copper, iron, and glass in an innovative way, we have created a unique trait for the building. Besides, the house is developed based on the primary requirements about the belief of spiritual world of the owner. PA Design always respects personal beliefs and helps customers bring the story into their house. Since the house locates at the end of a T-junction, its main door does not face the street as usual. In stead, we turn the main door’s direction to the East and combine with a pond and a screen to separate the inside space from the T-junction. This combination creates a necessary privacy for the house and copes well with the Feng Shui factors.
