PHAN THIET

In this project, P.A Design mission is to work with tropical elements and materials to create a cafe-restaurant in the heart of a bungalow site in Phan Thiet. The place is divided into two commercial parts - a cafe and a restaurant, serving both tourists at the bungalows and outside guests. The concept of the place is inspired by the rich nature of Phan Thiet, with the plaster wall texture in harmony with vast sand dunes, and the winding fabric with the gentle beach waves. The curved form and shape of the interior also convey a sense of tranquility and slow rhythm, suitable for those who seek peace and calmness on their vacation. The choice of materials and the furniture in this project is mostly natural, from the stone-textured floor, and the sand-like texture to the boho patterns, the rattan pendant lights, the clay decors, and the palm leaves ceiling fans. All of the above helps to shape a tropical-inspired space, bringing visitors to a miniature Phan Thiet.
